2. Shipping is Auto calculated: Since, Trade Customers get very low prices on all products, we do not have free shipping. Shipping is auto calculated by couriers and there is certain percentage discounts on shipping when the prices is above $300.

4. Click & Collect: Experience the convenience of Click & Collect at our store located at Shop 1, 551-553 Princes Hwy, Rockdale NSW 2216. Here's how it works:

• Shop online and select Click & Collect at checkout as your delivery option (you can nominate someone to collect an order on your behalf).
• Wait for confirmation via SMS/email that your order is ready for collection.

5. International Shipping: While we primarily cater to customers within Australia, we currently do not offer international shipping services.
